The Annual Christmas Party for family and friends of Forgotten Angels was held on December 18, 2011 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Pearland

We had a great day with lots of food, fun, dancing and gifts! Thank you to all our neighbors who did so much to make this a special day for our Angels! Sharon and Russell Reynolds sang along with the Angels and, of course, Santa Claus dropped in to pose for pictures and distribute gifts!

2011 Angel Award Winners

In 2005, friends of Forgotten Angels founder, Renee West McGuire, established an annual award in memory of Leslie Rowell, III, son of Mrs. McGuire, to recognize the passion and dedication of staff members who provide direct services to residents. Winners must have been employed for at least three years and can not be a past winner.

The 2011 winners were Vincentia Owusu of the Day Habilitation staff,  Deborah Wishop and Clarence Wallace of the Residential staff. All three of these staff members have demonstrated remarkable devotion to the clients of Forgotten Angels for a number of years and it was a joy to honor them with this award.
